Camp Shelby Survey of multiple DOD units in the Camp Shelby, MS National Guard training base. Pan American Consultants Tuscaloosa, Al

Tyndall AFB Survey of a partial in the cantonment area of Tyndall AFB. Geo Marine Inc Plano, TX

Eglin AFB My duties here included survey of Eglin Air Force Base, including areas as diverse as woodlands, swamp marsh, and even bombing ranges. I also received Explosive Ordinance & Disposal (EOD) training to be a “sweeper I”. While working here I also excavated such sites as:

8SR17            a shell midden site, dating from the late archaic – Mississippian

8OK** Camp Pinchot, the first National Forest base, now upper level Eglin AFB housing 8OK1012 Indianola Inn mound, Site of a mound bought by private developers.

8OK952 a multi-component site including a Paleo point, and shell midden

8OK835 A Historic site

8OK2344 Prehistoric site (late archaic-early woodland)
